Creative Foundation Training (CFT) started off 20 years ago with ABET classes and since we’ve grown tremendously.
Our passion is to develop people and create the future as part of our normal stock and trade, or the production technology courses, which give production floor workers the opportunity to be a productive part of a company.
We also embark on distance learning in the form of Zoom Training -so we can reach all kinds of learners in remote areas.
We’ve also started implementing some e-learning modules. However, face to face sessions with our supervisors bring a lot of return on investment and room for growth for our learners in all different fields.
Ideally, we work with the client.
So, if a client’s doing the workplace skills plans, or if they identify a skills gap, they call us in and we advise them to see what kind of programmes work for them. We then go and do the training on site.
Job Placements:
The other avenue to access this training is for learners who are looking for an opportunity to be on a learnership, let’s say a school leaver or unemployed youth. They contact us and we keep their CV’s, because often we have clients that need learners. We filter and screen through the candidates and then place them on programmes.
The ideal is to take a learner that’s unemployed, give him the opportunity to go on a learnership that they eventually receive employment or become permanently employed with the client the next year.
